    All abilities welcome, and there is no age barrier. You don't need to be strong or flexible. Through practicing we will grow together.

    We all lead busy lives. Yoga can help you create a mindset which will aid you in your wider life and help you deal with the everyday stresses we all face.

    About Michelle

    My name is Michelle and I have been passionately practicing yoga for more than 20 years. I have also fulfilled my dream of becoming a yoga instructor.

    I am based in Hockley, Essex, and have spent most of my adult life in this area.

    I am registered with the International Yoga Alliance, and am committed to upholding the values of a comprehensive inclusive yoga practice. I look forward to meeting you, welcoming you to class.
