My name is Michelle and I have been passionately practicing yoga for more than 20 years. I have also fulfilled my dream of becoming a yoga instructor.
I am based in Hockley, Essex, and have spent most of my adult life in this area.
I am registered with the International Yoga Alliance, and am committed to upholding the values of a comprehensive inclusive yoga practice. I look forward to meeting you, welcoming you to class.
